Organization Details - Editing your information

You can access the NPO Center at any time and edit your organization details as often as you want.  Your changes must be verified by JGooders support staff before being uploaded to JGooders.com.  In most cases, this should take place within 24 hours of the oranization details being edited.

To edit your organization details:

  1. On the Menu Bar, click Organization Details. The Organization Details pane opens displaying six tabs: Basic, About, Categories, Contacts, Address and Documents.
  2. Click on each tab to open it and edit  the desired fields.
  3. Regularly click Save changes to save your changes. 

    If you click to another tab, a confirmation screen opens asking if you would like to save your changes.  Click Yes to save changes or the new information will not be saved.
  4. When the Organization Details are complete, click Your Projects to create a new project or logout to sign out of the NPO Center.

 

Note: The information you include in the organization section appears automatically with any projects you post. It provides potential donors with a concise summary of your organization, including the needs your organization addresses, its goals and general activities, and no less importantly, the expected outcomes and measures of success.

Write in clear and compelling language. This is your "elevator pitch" to convince readers that supporting your organization's work is critical and will provide an excellent return for their social investment.
