Organization Details - Completing the Documents tab

Uploading NPO Documents

All projects on JGooders must be run by organizations that are legally-registered NPOs in the country where they are based.  The following documents must be uploaded to your NPO Center.  Without this documentation, your projects will not be uploaded to JGooders.com

• 501(c)3 - Mandatory for US-based NPOs. Optional for all others.  
• 46A - Mandatory for Israel-based NPOs (newly founded Israeli NPOs who are not yet eligible for 46A should contact our staff for alternate documentation)  
• Last financial balance report (audited financial statement)  
• Last annual approval by authorities (Ishur Nihul Takin)  - Mandatory for Israel-based NPOs   
• List of board members - on organizational stationary

All attached documents are reviewed by JGooders staff before the information is uploaded to the website.

To Upload NPO Documents:

1. In the Organization details section, select the Documents tab.

2. A green symbol marks documents already uploaded to the NPO Center. A grey symbol marks documents that are not yet uploaded.

3. Click the Upload Documents button beside the document you want to upload.  The Choose File window opens, enabling you to navigate to the file location.

4. Select the document from your computer files and click Open. Your file has been uploaded to the website and the symbol will change from grey to green.
